GENERAL SALES

The Passo box office located in the İKSV main building is open Monday through Saturday between 10.00-18.00.

Only one campaign and/or discount can be applied to each ticket.

PASSO SALES CHANNELS

Tickets can be purchased via passo.com.tr and Passo Mobile application by creating an account or from the Passo box offices. You can attend events with your PDF tickets sent to your e-mail address, which can also be accessed from the ‘My Tickets’ tab under your profile on the Passo website. Service fee is included in ticket prices.

ECZACIBAŞI YOUTH TICKET

Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets can be purchased from all Passo box offices and passo.com.tr by creating an account. To purchase tickets, enter ‘eczacibasigencbilet’ in the code field on the campaign screen.

Depending on the quota for each event, a limited number of Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets will be on sale. Only one Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket can be purchased at a time. In seated events, a special sitting section is designated for this category. In standing activities, unless otherwise stated, regular and student ticket holders will be mixed.

The student status of those with Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets will be checked at the venue entrances before the events. Audience members whose ID information does not match their Youth Ticket will be directed to the box office to purchase a difference ticket. To enter the event, students must show a valid student ID or a formal student document retrieved from E-Devlet (E-Government) for Turkish citizens. Istanbul Cards are not accepted. Student IDs from students studying abroad are valid. Youth Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and not for resale. Name and surname must be provided when purchasing a ticket.

The difference ticket will reflect the amount between the lowest general sales category and the student ticket. If you are delayed to the event due to the time taken to purchase a difference ticket, the responsibility lies with you, and no refund will be given. Tickets will not be refunded to those who cannot present valid student documents and refuse to buy a difference ticket.

There is no age limit for Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket. Each event has its own age limit for entry. Please check the age limit before purchasing a ticket.

TULIP CARD MEMBERS

During the presale period, Lale Card members can purchase their tickets via passo.com.tr, the Passo mobile app, or at the İKSV Passo box office between 10.00 and 18.00. Black and White Lale Card members are entitled to a 25% discount on all events, while Red Lale Card members receive a 15% discount.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS

Disabled audience members and their companions can purchase up to two tickets per event at a 50% discount for İKSV events.

To request discounted tickets, click the “Get an Accessible Ticket” button on the page of the event you would like to attend and complete the form. Once we receive your request, our team will reserve the tickets through your Passo account and contact you via your preferred method. You will need a Passo account for the discounted tickets to be allocated to you.

You can also use the form to let us know about any accessibility requirements that would help make your visit easier. Providing this information is optional.

İKSV POLICY ON SECOND-HAND TICKET SALES

Passo is the only authorised sales channel for İKSV events. İKSV cannot provide legal recourse for any issues that may arise from second-hand ticket sales.
