The play, directed and performed by Yıldız Kenter, unfolds the story of the joyous camaraderie and lush friendship that arose between Oscar, a ten-year-old child patient, and his “Pink Mummy,” a centenarian and a practical nurse who voluntarily looks after him. It is a telling, poetic account of how life can be multiplied by faith, courage, patience, reverie and imagination. It is a search for what makes values such as life, death, faith and God so precious, a question to which it provides the answer itself: “The only solution for life is to dare live it.”
