The concept and choreography of “Vertigo/o.4” have been created by Tuğçe Ulugün Tuna; which questions the ties between the body, weight, balance and space. “Vertigo/o.4” is in pursuit of showing the choreographic harmony or lack of it, depending on the space and its varying ground surfaces as well as demonstrating the ways movement is altered as a result of the fluid body-space relationship. Accompanied with music by Tom Waits and Riyoji Ikeda, the performance turns the wall into the floor and vice versa, thus making possible altered states of visual perception.
