The Belgian Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker is a first-time guest at the Theatre Festival, is a choreograph who travels extensively from New York to Hong Kong and whose work is included in programs before being staged. The performance is composed of two parts, the first part, ‘Raga for a rainy season’ enriched with Indian melodies, narrates ambition, love, passion, silence and ecstacy in the vacant space between rain and anticipation. ‘A Love Supreme’ brings the dancers together accompanied by the music of the unforgettable figure of 20th century jazz music, John Coltrane.
