Solum (Latin): 1. solitary, single - 2. country, homeland, soil, floor, base.
Mustafa Kaplan and Filiz Sızanlı, in their present work, are searching the answers to these questions: To use the body as an object of research, is it the sign of an alienation from the body, or quite the opposite, the appropriation of one’s own body? What are the impulses that make us ask these questions?
