A project turning private houses and public spaces into play sites, X Apartments will be realized in Tarlabaşı in conjunction with the Festival. Handed with written directions at the starting point, the audience will take a tour in the neighborhood in small groups, discovering an installation or a short play performed by an artist or a collective at every stop. The journey between the venues itself will turn into a part of the game, guiding the audience to observe the architecture and the urban environment. Thus, the project will lead to a new experience redefining the neighborhood’s and the audience’s perception of Tarlabaşı and its inhabitants.
