DATE AND VENUE

The Criticism Workshop, the first of which was organised last year at the festival in collaboration with Istanbul Theatre Festival and Turkish Theatre Critics Association, will be held again this year. Author, theatre critic and journalist Christine Wahl will be moderating the workshop, where answers to questions such as what are the qualities and functions of criticism, critics’ working conditions.

The event is free of charge. To apply, please submit a motivation letter describing why you wish to participate in the workshop to tiyatroelestirmenleribirligi@gmail.com along with a brief resume until October 12, 2018, Friday. The workshop will last all day from November 20 to November 25, 2018 and conclude after viewing plays in the evening. Regular attendance is required.
