We are all Chekhov characters on the verge of a collapse
Five actors are on stage: They can bend time and space, transfer from one character to another and they hold up a mirror to the dilemmas in our lives. In its new production adapted from Chekhov's The Seagull, award-winning troupe Theatre BeReZe brings today's Chekhov characters, who tend to celebrate the past in the shadow of the radical transformations of our age, to the stage and asks ‘How should we continue?’ It seeks answers to the question with new forms of expression.
