A contemporary tale of apocalypse drawing on flood myths

Istanbul, Etiler. A café. Signs of an approaching disaster, which no one has yet been able to name, begin to seep into everyday life. As life continues its usual course amid conflicts and wars that have become commonplace, the possibility that a major catastrophe may already have begun grows increasingly apparent.

Written and directed by Yeşim Özsoy, Aksak Delirium follows six characters caught up in intersecting lives, secrets and coincidences, as ancient myths encounter the fragile reality of the present.

• The venue is accessible by the M4 metro and B1 Marmaray (Ayrılık Çeşmesi Station, Exit 1 – Hastaneler, 900 m), as well as by bus and minibus (Koşuyolu Köprüsü stop, approximately 500 m).
• There is an access ramp at the venue entrance, after which the interior is step-free.
• The auditorium can be reached by lift and is wheelchair accessible.
• There is one accessible toilet at the venue.
• Guide dogs are welcome in the auditorium.
