“Violence is both a force of shaping our society and a society and a social obsession. If we don’t give up violence, we have no future.” Edward Bond Bond tells about the place of violence in our daily livesand the extremes it can reach in the first play of his trilogy titled “War Games”. He does this by unveiling the “order of agression” and by exposing the hiddenn facade of the relations we are accustomed to. The group has chosen to extend pauses in the play and to slow down time to pintpoint things we have turned blind to as a society. At times, the lyricsm of the words in the play and the use of music draws the audience into the play, while sometimes these very elements servet o distance the spectator...
