“The Bus” is a play on all people who, instead of standing up against the rottenness of a political regime, choose to toe the line thus avoiding individual trouble. It’s about those who, rather than renewing a burst water pipe, attempt to block the leak with a chewing gum. Your water pipes may be your own concern only. However, if in adjusting to the regime so as tp stear clear of any individual danger you’ve made compromising a life style, then a short and ordinary bus trip on a dark rainy night might one day turn your life into an infinite nightmare.
